This course helps prepare your dog for the physical demands of outdoor adventures. I want to help your four-legged adventure buddy safely enjoy hiking, backpacking, swimming, and exploring the outdoors by your side.
You’ll learn about the different dog body types and how those types can predispose your dog to different kinds of injuries. You’ll also learn simple strength and balance exercises to do with your dog daily to maintain strength and prevent injury.
At the end of both classes, you’ll know how to build your dog’s endurance for optimum cardiovascular health. You’ll also learn how to design a warm-up and cool-down program and get my recommendations for joint supplements and diet for peak performance.
In this course, I want to show you how to help your dog transition into his golden years gracefully. You’ll learn about the top condition that limits older dogs’ mobility. You’ll also learn simple strength exercises that are safe and suitable for older dogs to keep them moving their best.
At the end of both classes, you’ll know how to manage your dog’s pain with massage and stretching. You’ll also get my recommendations for senior supplements and diet for wellness.
